Hello people!!! Hope you are doing well!!! My weight is still around the same, but my body...well i can totally notice the difference...i'm going to post some pictures soon. I've been drinking more water...and eating lots and lots of nuts during the day...but that's all. Does anyone know if that is bad???

Height: 5'6.5
Starting weight: 124.5
Weigh in 1: 123.3

I eat a lot of nuts too. when I eat less of them and more things like salads as a filler I lose much easier (you can even sprinkle almond slivers, and sunflower seeds on your salad. YUM!)

the only thing that's really bad about them is that they are VERY high in fat (BAD!).

but they also are high in fiber and protien (GOOD!)

so I wouldn't completely stop eating them....just not 'lots and lots'.
